If you are not yet participating in Hamilton CCA, use the form below to enroll in one of our program options. If enrolling, once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two billing cycles for your enrollment to be processed by National Grid.

If you’re already participating in Hamilton CCA, use the form below to switch to your preferred option. How do you know if you’re already participating in Hamilton CCA? Review your National Grid bill: starting in January 2021, it should list Constellation – Hamilton Agg as your Supplier. See sample bill.

Customer Name Key – located on page 2 of your bill in the blue margin to the left, after the Cycle Number. The Customer Name Key is usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account, or first four letters of the commercial account name.

Please note: If you have a supplier block on your National Grid account the supplier will not be able to enroll you in Hamilton Community Choice Aggregation. To check if you have a block and/or to remove a block please contact National Grid at (800) 322-3223.
